Kid-friendly adult musical takes stage April 14 to 18
Posted 142 days ago
ESPANOLA—You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, the popular Tony award winning Broadway musical is set to take to the Espanola Little Theatre (ELT) stage on April 14 through 18 according to an ELT announcement today. “I truly believe that this musical play is something special, a unique work of art full of irony, whimsy, simplicity, unpretentious characters and simple truths,” said ELT President Warren Maskell.

RE: Lady Gaga is repulsive
Posted 46 days ago
I was perusing the Tuesday issue of the Sudbury Star when I came across a letter that both annoyed and angered me. The letter was a commentary, and not a necessary one, on pop sensation Lady Gaga. It seems that local critic and media watchdog Janine Colbert was not only in a foul mood when she scripted this letter to the editor, she was also oblivious to the fact that a letter requires some creative thought.

CANADA’S WORST DRIVER is calling on Sudbury residents to help find the next round of dramatically dismal drivers for Season 6 of Discovery Channel’s smash hit series. Producers for the record-breaking series – the Season 5 finale was the first Canadian non-sports specialty program to draw 1 million viewers* – will be in Sudbury in April, searching for drivers for the upcoming season in desperate need of rehabilitation.

Bionic Commando revisited
Posted 413 days ago
Bionic Commando dates back to the old Nintendo Entertainment System, making it a prime candidate for recycling … I mean, reimagining. Capcom has retooled the game for modern players. You play as Nathan Spencer, a military operative who has a bionic arm that allows him to punch enemies, use a grappling feature to hook onto objects in the environment and swing like an ape man as he seeks to take out waves of enemies.

I've submitted a few articles on UR Sudbury but then wondered if they were really blogs... There is some confusion out there as to what the difference is so I thought I'd share what made the most sense to me so far: Found here: http://www.tareeinternet.com/forum/seo/2083-article-vs-blog-what-s-difference.
