Chef to offer tips on gourmet BBQ

Chef-educator Jean-Guy Robichaud will offer some gourmet barbecue recipes and grilling tips during the summer on Radio- Canada (98.1 FM).

The Cambrian College professor and coordinator of the baking and pastry arts program will conduct live-to-air cooking demonstrations three Fridays in the coming weeks.

July 16, learn how to prepare marinated flank steak and warm potato salad with pear and crispy bacon.

Aug. 6, red snapper glazed with lemon and herbs, and grilled corn on the cob with cayenne pepper butter will be on the menu.

Aug. 13, hear Robichaud's recipes for ribeye steak and banana foster.

The programs will air between 4 and 5 p.m. on the French-language3 radio station.
